By accessing NiceSamples, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use NiceSamples.
3. Music Licensing
Free-tier tracks are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY). You may use them in YouTube videos, podcasts, and streams with proper credit. Premium tracks include a commercial license that does not require attribution. Extended license tracks may be used in commercial products and broadcast media.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not: redistribute our tracks as standalone music files, claim AI-generated tracks as your own compositions, use tracks in illegal or hateful content, or attempt to reverse-engineer our AI prompts without a Prompt Lab subscription.
5. Content Ownership
NiceSamples retains ownership of all AI-generated music on the platform. Your license provides usage rights only, not ownership transfer.
6. Disclaimer
NiceSamples is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service.
